The villa is located in Alsancak, a peaceful village a short drive from Kyrenia. It is opposite the large swimming pool and is a short walk from two beaches. The villa has been tastefully furnished and is the perfect hideaway for a relaxing holiday.

Beyond the dining area is a comfortable lounge, with a sofabed and armchair.

The patio doors lead to the patio and recently landscaped garden. The patio has table and chairs and is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the Cypriot climate. There is a shower room, toilet and basin situated on the ground floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is air conditioned with verandah, which overlooks the landscaped garden area and has a sea view. The second bedroom also has airconditioning and has twin beds and overlooks the large pool. There is ample wardrobe and shelving space in both bedrooms. There is also a travel cot for use if necessary which can be easily accommodated in the main bedroom.
